Crying can help you improve communication
Of course the first sound that we make when we are born is crying, but after a few months as babies, we still cry to get our parents’ attention, which actually makes crying a means of communication between the newborn and the parents.
Even if this is a biological reaction, adults have adapted it to an emotional one – but the main idea remains the same, namely to improve their communication with their partner or other people or to make them aware they need help. (see more on the next page)
