  1. Given a choice, I’d much rather be in any of the cities listed during a severe (12″+) snowstorm than in any Middle-Atlantic state getting the same amount. The highway departments are prepared and most people know how to drive in the stuff; those in the Middle Atlantic are not and cannot.

  2. Why don’t you just say the entire state of MN , yes it sucks here in the winter but your siting one or two days of the year, don’t visit ever you’ll be missing some of the greatest summer days of your life
