Avocado is a stone fruit that contains nearly twenty vitamins and minerals. Including avocados in your diet can help reduce the risk of many lifestyle-related health diseases. One avocado contains 60 calories, almost 6 grams of fat, 3 grams of carbs, less than a gram of sugar and 3 grams of fiber. Most of the calories in avocados come from fat, but avocado fats are good for your health, so don’t worry!
