You overcook your eggs

Overcooking your eggs can ruin your breakfast, this is why chefs don’t recommend you scrambled eggs. According to Max Hardy, chef and owner of Coop Detroit, “People think scrambling eggs is a long process but don’t realize it’s a 30-second task.”

So, to avoid overcooking your eggs, you should start with a hot pan, beat the eggs and you’re your favorite ingredients, then heat some butter and pour in the egg mixture. You will also need a rubber spatula to gently pull the eggs across the pan.

“Place your eggs in a hot pan and slowly scramble, adding your room temperature butter,” Hardy says. “Finish with a dash of kosher salt and white pepper and some of your favorite cheese.”
