Adding milk to your scrambled eggs

Well, milk is surely one of the healthiest products that people should drink in the morning when they eat their breakfast, because it contains protein, essential vitamins and minerals, including potassium, calcium and Vitamin D. So, getting these essential vitamins in the morning is crucial for our health and body. 

But, you should drink a glass of milk in addition to the food you have prepared for breakfast, not put it in your scrambled eggs or omelet. Putting milk to your omelets makes the eggs runny and cook unevenly, which can adversely affect your stomach. 

Instead, you can “beat your eggs well with salt and then add in a couple of knobs of cold butter into the bowl right before you add them to the pan,” says John Adler, vice president of culinary at Blue Apron.
