Try to be creative

Another solution to get rid of the feeling of loneliness is to find an entertaining activity that can make you get creative, such as painting, writing, knitting, or sketching.

When you are creative you focus on something productive and beneficial for both your mind and body, because you will decrease the level of stress and anxiety and forget about your negative thoughts. So, take advantage of it and try to do something creative!
