You spend too much time in a big city

Unfortunately, not all of us are lucky enough to live in a rural area surrounded by mountains and greenery. According to medical experts, people who live in a big city are more likely to develop depression, because they constantly see people in a hurry, with serious facial expressions and traffic swearing.

In a 2011 study done by the Central Institute of Mental Health at the University of Heidelberg, researchers found that living in a big city is associated with high levels of depression. Instead, you should try to plan your vacations in mountain areas and go for a walk in the park more often.

  1. Mental health is probably the most neglected benefit that is not easily available to the average middle class to lower middle class citizen in this present pandemic world that America faces.. There is still a stigma attached accepting that one is in need of mental health treatment, while at the same time mental health treatment is not available to the below average person in America.
Strangely enough a lot of people were drawn into thinking that the Trump era kind of quasi democratic cum autocratic /fascist type of government with tax cuts for the rich and vastly not much for the average middle to low income people; it defies reason, but still is in . Yes democracy is
need of repair as is mental health care.
