Don’t keep your bills or other papers there

Any receipts, bills or other work related items, such as paperwork or laptops, should be kept in a special drawer in another room, not the bedroom. Your bedroom is one of the most important rooms in your house where you have to put away all your thoughts about work or life, such as paperwork and bills.

“I never have paperwork or my computer in the bedroom,” says Sally Walford, decluttering expert and author of The Clutter Monster. “I need to relax, and be in a calm environment.”

Unfortunately, many people use their bedroom as a home office and this is wrong. According to a study, half of the 1,000 workers admitted that they read emails and complete their tasks in their beds. So, try to keep your work out of the bedroom because there is a strong boundary between work and home life. As we said before, your bedroom is supposed to be a space where you can relax and sleep.

Moreover, your bedroom should be a place that allows you to escape from your daily routine and obligations that could cause stress and anxiety.

Keeping these next items in your bedroom will have you feeling blue…..

  1. When putting on clean sheets sprinkle bottom or fitted sheet
lightly with baby powder & spread it around with the palm of your hand; it smells nice, smoothes the surface & you will sleep
    better…….
