Electronic devices, such as phones, tablets, televisions and computers, are indispensable in our lives nowadays and the truth is that we spend a lot of time on them every single day. But you should not keep them in your bedroom because they can affect your health condition as well.

Some studies have shown that electronic devices emit a blue light that impedes the brain from producing melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone created by the pineal gland (a gland found in your brain) and is very important for your body because it helps your organism know when it’s time to sleep and wake up. It is also known that your body produces more melatonin during the night. However, if you keep these screens in your bedroom, you could have insomnia and your sleep patterns might be disrupted as well. (see more on the next page).

  1. When putting on clean sheets sprinkle bottom or fitted sheet
    lightly with baby powder & spread it around with the palm of your hand; it smells nice, smoothes the surface & you will sleep
    better…….
