Don’t forget about bedside table clutter

We have to admit that we all tend to leave our things on the nightstand, even if we shouldn’t do so, whether we are talking about books or eyeglasses, e-books, headphones, glasses or snacks. But you should only keep there what you really need.

“I only have what I need near me so that I can switch off from the world and get a good night’s sleep,” adds Walford. “A decluttered bedroom gives peace of mind.”

According to experts, your bedroom should always be decluttered and clean. This clutter contributes to your sleep and relaxation, but in a negative way and it is like being woken up by a pet in the middle of the night and won’t let you sleep no matter what. (see more on the next page)

  1. When putting on clean sheets sprinkle bottom or fitted sheet
    lightly with baby powder & spread it around with the palm of your hand; it smells nice, smoothes the surface & you will sleep
    better…….
