A cluttered and dirty environment could create the sensation of agitation and it could constantly remind you that things are not in order. When putting on clean sheets sprinkle bottom or fitted sheet
lightly with baby powder & spread it around with the palm of your hand; it smells nice, smoothes the surface & you will sleep
better…….
