Unfortunately, as we age we are more likely to respond to stressors in a negative way and it can be really bad for our health. Moreover, we are more stressed when we get older because our stressors change as well and we let small things affect us. 

Nowadays, we develop many diseases because of stress, such as memory loss, a low ability to concentrate, skin problems, health issues and the list goes on. 

The truth is that we can’t just get rid of the stressful situations in our lives, but we can take part in some activities that can keep us active, focused and happy. If you simply take care of yourself you will see positive changes in your life.
