Do not neglect your relationships
Having friends is one of the most important things in life, no matter what your age. According to a study, twenty percent of older adults live alone. As you probably know, loneliness is an essential factor that can lead to health problems, such as depression and stress.
So, try to communicate with other people as often as possible and never stop trying to make friends. Maintain communication with your family and friends, call them or drink a coffee or take your lunch with them if that’s possible.
