You should make time to get adequate sleep
If you suffer from sleep deprivation you know that your mood is always grumpy and you also feel recalcitrant and irascible, but in other words, you will respond to everyday stressors in a negative way and become anxious. But otherwise, if you make time for getting adequate sleep you will notice some good changes in your body, and one of the most important modifications is that you will start to feel a higher level of happiness.
“A lot of people know that sleep is good,” says Adam Krause, a psychology fellow and doctoral candidate at UC Berkeley, “but some are forced to sacrifice sleep because they have other things taking up their time.”
