Limit your sugar consumption
We have to admit that it’s quite difficult to completely avoid sugar, but you can try to limit the consumption of foods that contain sugar or other additives. Sugar can adversely affect your health, causing heart diseases, weight gain, acne, cancer and type 2 diabetes.
According to Paddy Spence, health expert and CEO of Zevia, “it’s almost impossible to consume zero sugar at all, [so, you can try a] sugar budget where you aim for no more than 50 grams of sugar per day (and that includes ALL sugar, not just added sugar).”
“Consuming 50 grams per day [is about] 10 percent of your 2,000 calorie diet (sugar is 4 calories per gram, 200 calories from sugar). Just like with any budget, it’s something you strive to maintain, but sometimes you’re going to go over and sometimes you’re going to be under—as long as you’re balancing where you can,” he said.
Start your day in a positive way
It’s very important to start your day with a smile because it will influence the whole day! In fact, “earlier, calmer mornings minimize stress, and stress spurs the adrenal glands to release stress-level-spiking cortisol. Research also shows stressed people are more prone to health risks,” says Spence.
Positive people tend to be happier and have a lot of good experiences. The first thing that you can do when you wake up in the morning is to repeat some positive statements, such as “today will be a good day” or “today I will be super productive, I’m so happy!” and of course, don’t forget to smile!
In addition, you should be grateful for the things that you have in your life, such as family, friends, achievements, dreams, health condition and so on.

Seems like a typo mistake on page 3, in the Exercise regularly section.
Quoting, “Medical experts recommend regular exercise (at least thirty seconds every day)”.
Wow, just thirty seconds is all that is needed, amazing news!
