Boho hanging chairs
Boho hanging chairs are really beautiful in certain houses and styles, such as – obviously – the bohemian-inspired ones, but you have to be very careful if you want to introduce one in your house because you could make a major styling mistake.
According to the interior designer, Brady Tolbert, “now, don’t get mad at me yet. I’ve used it in projects before and will continue to use it in the right space (outdoor, boho, global-inspired). But in other styles and rooms where it doesn’t stylistically feel like a good fit, I am ready to see the hanging chair take a seat and make room for some more modern and clean-lined options coming from the ceiling. Leather sling chair, anyone?”
Soft shades of pink
The truth is that shades of pink have been very popular in recent years, but too soft shades are no longer fashionable this year. Instead, you should opt for bolder or warmer colors, such as those close to terracotta or rust.
“We went from Millennial Pink to a lighter-toned blush pink within the last few years, and I am ready to say goodbye to anything that feels too soft in the pink family altogether. Instead, I’d opt for a putty color or something with a little warmer tone to it that leans more terracotta and rust,” said interior designer, Bobby Berk.
