You should try to give yourself more compliments

You don’t have to expect compliments from other people! If you want to be happier and increase your self esteem level, you should give yourself compliments more often. When was the last time you realized and told yourself that you are gorgeous?

The truth is that there are many people who struggle with their self esteem every day and health experts recommend that you compliment yourself because this way you will be more confident and happy.

You should remember that you are the only person in this world who knows yourself in every single way, so you need to learn how to love yourself and not wait for another person to do this for you. Also, the way you see yourself will be reflected in people’s eyes. In other words, if you love yourself and become more positive, then the people around you will start to see you the same way.

According to a study done by the National Institute for Physiological Science in Japan, compliments make people happy and help them perform a task better.

You should dance more

Whoever said that you have to be in a club or at a party to dance is totally wrong! Dancing is not only good for your physical health, as it can help you stay in shape and get your daily dose of exercise, but it is good for your mental health as well, significantly increasing your happiness level.

So, all you have to do is to put on some of your favorite songs and dance around your house. In addition, no one is watching you so you can manifest as you want. Of course, the way in which dancing affects your health is a phenomenon very often analyzed by researchers.

For instance, according to a 2014 study done by Marcin Zajenkowski, Konrad S. Jankowski &Daria Kołata on mood swings and dancing, published in the European Journal of Sport Science, people who danced for recreational (not competitive) purposes were less stressed, had more energy and felt happier.

If you don’t want to practice yoga, run, walk or exercise, then try to dance for at least 30 minutes every day. You will definitely feel better mentally and physically.
