The Scarborough Rapist
The Scarborough Rapist named Paul Bernardo is a Canadian murderer and rapist who was Toronto’s nightmare during the early 1990s. Bernardo’s partner was Karla Homolka and together drugged and raped women, killing several along the way.
The well-known crime was the murder of Tammy, a 15-year-old girl. Bernardo’s partner was released some years ago, but he can apply for full parole in February.
The Hulk
Ben Carr was convicted of hiring a killer to kill a mother of five and he was sentenced to 30 years in prison. In 2017, Carr was found out for running a smuggling ring from his cell. The UK inmate is said to be incredibly wealthy from his involvement in drug trafficking and was described as “the Hulk” by one of his former partners.
Apparently, he is “the king of the jungle” and he could escape anytime. Unfortunately, the law hasn’t got a firm grasp on this prisoner and he could end up on the streets this year.
