Nicole Scherzinger
Nicole Scherzinger is an American singer and songwriter. She rose to fame when cast as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls, releasing a few albums called PCD (2005) and Doll Domination (2008). The Pussycat Dolls group was one of the best selling girl groups of all time.
She also starred in a 2014 revival of the musical Cats, earning a nomination for a Laurence Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role in a Musical.
She has sold over 16 million records worldwide (as an artist) and more than 55 million records worldwide with The Pussycat Dolls.

This list is fine for right now. But when you say for all time, it is not even close. My personal choice (and I realize these choices are subjective) for #1 is Gene Tierney. My #2 is Grace Kelly. Both long gone. But what about Elizabeth Taylor, Sophia Loren, Vivien Leigh, and so on? So many actresses of yesteryear were breathtaking, and that was before botox and cosmetic surgery.
