This list is fine for right now. But when you say for all time, it is not even close. My personal choice (and I realize these choices are subjective) for #1 is Gene Tierney. My #2 is Grace Kelly. Both long gone. But what about Elizabeth Taylor, Sophia Loren, Vivien Leigh, and so on? So many actresses of yesteryear were breathtaking, and that was before botox and cosmetic surgery.
