Unfortunately, heart disease is the leading cause of death in every country in the world. Medical experts say that this is mainly caused by our chaotic diet and too many unhealthy fats in our blood. In general, heart disease is associated with high levels of bad cholesterol and increased blood pressure. Hence, as I said before, red meat is rich in saturated fats that increase your bad cholesterol levels.

Well, if you want to reduce your risk of developing heart disease, you should avoid red meat or at least lower the quantities that you eat.
