Omelets that stick to the pan
Eggs are one of the most important parts of your diet because they are a great source of protein, calcium, vitamins and minerals. “Eggs are a good source of protein (both whites/yolk). They also contain heart-healthy unsaturated fats and are a great source of important nutrients, such as vitamin B6, B12 and vitamin D,” says Kurt Hong, MD, clinical professor of medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC. But “as with any food, the key here is consumption in moderation.”
However, many people prefer omelets for breakfast, but if you don’t use a non-stick pan, your omelet will stick to the pan and you will end up eating scrambled eggs. “Start with oil or butter in the pan, then pour in the egg mixture and use a spatula to move the eggs around the pan,” says Patel.
