Antisocial personality disorder
Antisocial personality disorder, also called sociopathy or psychopathy, is often portrayed in movies as a demonic condition, making people look like serial killers or public dangers.
According to medical experts, people who suffer from this disorder show no regard for right and wrong and often ignore the rights and feelings of other individuals. They are very intelligent and also tend to manipulate others, showing no remorse for their actions. They are more likely to become criminals and have problems with drug and alcohol use.
However, it doesn’t mean that people who suffer from this disorder are automatically serial killers. They can live normal lives as well.
