Take a break

Sometimes all we need to do to feel better is to take a little break from our daily activities and breathe easily. It is fine to reflect on your own thoughts and analyze different situations, but then it is very important to motivate and remind yourself how strong you are. 

According to Robin D. Friedman, a psychotherapist at Lotus Psychotherapy in White Plains, New York, “Feelings are like waves. They come and go and in these moments, we can look to the strength of others such as family, friends, neighbors and even strangers.”
