Plan virtual meetings with your friends

Even though it is not allowed to stay outdoors or in groups of more than three people, it does not mean that you can’t talk or see your friends virtually. In fact, many medical experts and therapists recommend that you talk daily with your friends or family on the phone or on social platforms because this way you will decrease your level of anxiety and depression. It is also very important to discuss other topics besides those related to coronavirus. You can also find some interesting and fun activities online. 

“Just because we need to practice social distancing doesn’t mean we need to be socially isolated,” Friedman says. “Use technology and be creative.”
