Find a new routine 

As you probably know, when we are angry it is recommended to count from one to ten to calm down and our stress-relieving routine works on the same principle. In other words, you should find or create a motivational quote and repeat it every morning or every time you feel stressed or anxious. For instance, you can repeat ten times “I am calm. I love my life” or “I am happy and healthy. Everything will be fine!” and you will see that the Law of Attraction works for you!

“Affirmations are a good way to silence the self-critical voice we all carry with us that only adds to our stress,” says Allen Elkin, Ph.D., director of the Stress Management Counseling Center in New York City.
