  • Learning disabilities: ADHD and Dyslexia

Cher is an American singer and actress. She is regarded as the “Goddess of Pop” and one of the most talented singers of all time. She also starred in several films, such as Silkwood (1983), Mask (1985), The Witches of Eastwick (1987), to name a few. Her role in Moonstruck (1987) earned her an Academy Award for Best Actress.

She’s the recipient of numerous accolades, including a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award, an Academy Award, three Golden Globe Awards, a Cannes Film Festival Award, the Billboard Icon Award, and an award from the Kennedy Center Honors.

She wasn’t an excellent student, but she was very creative and intelligent. As an adult, she discovered that she had dyslexia and ADHD. “When I was in school, it was really difficult. Almost everything I learned, I had to learn by listening. My report cards always said that I was not living up to my potential,” Cher said.
