Anderson Cooper is an American television journalist. As you probably already know, he’s the primary anchor of the CNN news broadcast show Anderson Cooper 360°. He graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1989 and in 1995, he was hired by ABC News as a correspondent. Cooper joined CNN in 2001, and in 2003 had his own show. He’s the recipient of numerous accolades, including 18 Emmy Awards and two Peabody Awards, as well as an Edward Murrow Award from the Overseas Press Club.
