As we said before, many people don’t know this, but spending too much time watching TV can affect your weight loss efforts. According to researchers, people who spend too much time watching TV are more likely to become obese, than people who have reduced their media consumption. 

Of course, you don’t have to throw away your TV, but you can try to reduce the time you spend watching TV, especially at night. You can also try to replace this activity with exercises.
