You eat dessert every night

We have to admit that it’s quite difficult to skip dessert, especially when you are a chocolate lover, right? But if you eat dessert every night, your diet will no longer be effective. 

Instead of eating dessert every day, you should “try drinking herbal tea at night. They make all sorts of fun flavors now like herbal chocolate teas, which can help quench the need to eat something,” recommends Smith.
