Jenny McCarthy
Former Playboy magazine Playmate of the Year Jenny McCarthy is arguably the most vocal person on this list when it comes to vaccinations and their supposed link to autism. In this case the vaccine in question is for MMR as McCarthy’s son Evan was diagnosed with autism when he was two-and-a-half and she directly attributes the vaccine as the cause.
As with every other celebrity on this list, McCarthy challenges the “anti-vaccine,” or “anti-vaxxer” label that has been slapped on her, instead telling PBS Frontline, “We’re not an anti-vaccine movement. We’re pro-safe-vaccine schedule.”
