In general, active people, namely those who go for a walk and exercise every day are more likely to improve their sleep quality. So, if you experience sleeping difficulty and have trouble sleeping at night, you should keep in mind that exercise can help solve this problem. 

“If you are inactive, adding a 10-minute walk every day could improve your likelihood of a good night’s sleep,” Max Hirshkowitz, PhD, who led the poll, said in a statement. “Making this small change and gradually working your way up to more intense activities, like running or swimming, could help you sleep better.”
