Consume only healthy fats

There are two types of people in this world: those who eat only bad fats, such as artificial trans fats and saturated fats and people who completely avoid fats because they think that all fats are bad for their health, which is actually a common mistake.

The truth is that the ‘bad’ fats that can be found in commercially baked pastries, cookies, cakes, pizza dough, snacks, fried foods and so on, can lead to many chronic diseases, including digestive conditions. Instead, ‘good’ fats are recommended by doctors and should be consumed regularly for a healthier life, and can be found in olives, avocados, nuts, peanut butter, fish, tofu, seeds and so on.

According to medical experts, if you replace saturated fats with good fats, such as omega 3 fatty acids, chia seeds and nuts, you will reduce your risk of developing inflammatory bowel disease, such as ulcerative colitis.
