Drink enough water and stay hydrated

It’s no secret that water is the main chemical component in your body and makes up about 70% of your body weight, so you should definitely drink water to survive and be as healthy as possible. According to medical experts, almost every organ, tissue and cell in your body needs water to function properly.

That being said, if you don’t drink enough water you will be more likely to suffer from dehydration, which can get worse over time. More than this, lack of water can lead to constipation as well. Doctors recommend drinking 50–66 ounces (1.5–2 liters) of water per day. Of course, even when you have diarrhea it’s essential to drink water or tea to stay hydrated.
