You should practice “the name game”

The name game involves using your sense of hearing and sight. So, all you have to do is to look around you and focus on three things that you can hear and (then) two items that you can see… after this process, you should focus again on a sensation that you feel – do you feel the wind? How do you feel when you hear birds chirping near you? This game is really useful for stressed people because it can keep you concentrated, make you enjoy the things around you and be aware of the present. 

“By doing this, you are grounding yourself by increasing your awareness of your body and your environment,” says therapist and yoga instructor Magdalene Martinez, LMSW.
