Don’t forget to train your brain 

Stress occurs more mentally than physically, but in more severe cases it even affects a person’s body as well. So, when your mind is affected by different stressors you should focus on performing some exercises that can keep you concentrated, such as a word puzzle or organizing your clothes. That being said, this way, you will not only be calmer and happier, but you will be better able to fight your daily stressors as well. 

“When you’re stressed, your brain may be saying, ‘we’ve got a problem to solve’ so it keeps spinning. That’s a good time to engage your mind,” says Kissen.
