Just take a bath or hot shower

So, another effective method of relaxing your body is to take a hot bath or shower, especially because if you change your body temperature, the muscle tension will disappear. Moreover, you can take advantage of essential oils, fragrant soap, music, or other body creams. In other words, make your own little spa at home and get some “me time”.
“By changing the body temperature, it’s the full sensory slowing down — it’s kind of like rebooting a computer that has all these windows open doing too much processing,” says Kissen. “By turning it off and starting again, it’ll help to get unstuck.”
