Robin Williams

Robin Williams was an American actor and comedian. Due to his improvisational skills, Williams is regarded as one of the greatest comedians of all time. He started his stand-up comedy career in the 1970s in San Francisco and Los Angeles and gained more fame after starring in the ABC sitcom Mork & Mindy (1978–1982).

He was also the recipient of numerous accolades, including four Academy Awards nominations, winning Best Supporting Actor for Good Will Hunting, two Primetime Emmy Awards, six Golden Globe Awards, two Screen Actors Guild Awards, and five Grammy Awards.

Unfortunately, in 2014, Williams committed suicide, and according to his wife and doctors, he did so because of his struggles with Lewy body disease. After his death, four films starring Williams were released, namely Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, A Merry Friggin’ Christmas, Boulevard, and Absolutely Anything.
